The program provides an opportunity for labour market research and
training in resume preparation, cover letter writing, job search
strategies, and interview skills.
This program was developed with input from local industry that
expressed a need for customer service and interpersonal skills,
along with keyboarding and computer expertise. The program consists
of 25% theory and 75% skill training and hands on practice in an
actual call/contact center environment.

- Customer Service on the Telephone
- Employability Skills
- Interpersonal Communication
Technical Courses of Study Include:
- Keyboarding
- Introduction to Windows
- Introduction to Microsoft Outlook

- 100 Hours Theory
- 20 Hours Call Center Experience
- Total Hours – 120
Career Potential
Graduates will be prepared for employment in the call center,
contact center, customer service, and answering service industries.
